The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR laws and policies, as well as the ability to create and maintain new HR programs and ensure legal compliance.
The Human Resources Generalist will also be responsible for training employees on HR policies, procedures and programs, as well as conducting hiring/onboarding processes and exit interviews.
A good fit for our company will be solution oriented, very strong follow through and communication skills with diverse teams, someone that enjoys coaching and mentoring leaders/managers to meet company requirements and personal potential.
Our company has grown rapidly, and we are still working to build internal structures that will continue to support the environment and culture we have built.
We need a self starter who is willing to be assertive, but is confidently intuitive about where to slow down, ask questions or get others involved while understanding the importance of their representation of our company.
This person should be happy to own mistakes as something that can be improved and corrected as this is a quality we value in all of our employees.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
