Role The Receptionist is an integral part of the management team under the supervision of the community Business Office Manager or Director.
Contribute to a positive associate culture Perform essential clerical duties Answer phones and greet all guests with enthusiasm Education and Experience Requirements Must possess a high-school diploma or equivalent 18 years or older Expectations and Responsibilities Contribute to a positive servant leader culture and environment for associates Strong verbal and written communications skills Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests Answer and effectively triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner Comfortable with the computer and programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to assist with the handling of inquiry calls and tours Proper dress, conduct, professionalism is to be evident at all times Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English language Monitors the front lobby to ensure the safety and security of the community.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
