We are seeking an additional Customer Service Representative for our distribution center located in Lenoir City, TN.
Starting out in this position, you will be responsible for:
Creating quotes and helping customers choose parts Evaluating and processing orders accurately and efficiently Communicating and building relationships with new and existing customers via email and phone Gaining product and procedure knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and issues Preferred attributes for this position include:
Proficiency of Microsoft Office and Outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills Listening, analytical and reasoning skills Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills Curious and self-motivated Willingness to achieve more and gain more responsibilities Must be patient, accountable and have the desire to seek out, accept and integrate feedback This position offers:
