We are seeking an additional Customer Service Representative for our distribution center located in Lenoir City, TN.
Starting out in this position, you will be responsible for:
Creating quotes and helping customers choose parts Evaluating and processing orders accurately and efficiently Communicating and building relationships with new and existing customers via email and phone Gaining product and procedure knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and issues Preferred attributes for this position include:
