Job Description:
Server Assistants fill a supportive role in the fine dining guest experience and should possess a strong ability to communicate to a high-end clientele and have a thorough knowledge of the menu and steps of service. Each candidate must have the ability to learn these skills and progress quickly through the training process. Server Assistants will also need to flawless execute pre-shift, running and closing duties. Server Assistants will work closely with other wait staff and the kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently.
In addition to our fine dining restaurant, WindRiver host numerous wedding and banquets throughout the year. Our server assistants will be utilized accordingly to execute these events. Further, server assistants also have the opportunity to work at Top of the Hill Grill (located at our temporary golf clubhouse) and on beverage cart on our 18-hole championship golf course as long as they are 18 or older.
Server Job Duties:
Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting them with napkins, service plates, and utensils in accordance with restaurant standards. o
Greeting guests, coat check, confirming reservations, bread service, filling water glasses, running food, folding napkins and linens, laundry, setting tables, bussing tables, replacing silverware, assisting servers, polishing and other closing duties o

Benefits: ?
All Server Assistants are compensated on an hourly basis ($8 - $9 per hour) PLUS gratuity. All gratuities are shared among the servers, server assistants and bar tender. Server Assistant gratuity per shift has averaged $75 since opening in July 2014. ?
All Server Assistants will receive both on-the-job and structured training in all aspects of Citico's steps of service. ?
All servers are hired into a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance, tenure and growth of the business. Full-time positions are eligible for full benefits as offered by KemperSports Management.
Server Skills and
Qualifications: ?
Prior service experience is preferred, but not necessary. Prior experience in fine dining a PLUS. ?
Positive Attitude, Works well in a team environment, Success Driven, Reliable and Professional Appearance. ?
Server Assistants must have a strong attention to details and excellent communication skills.
